I am going to be honest... I bought my christmas tree a month ago - I couldn't stand the fact that I would only get a few days with it between trips + it was the perfect mid-finals stress reliever. Even sitting here typing this and glancing over at it I get giddy! I also get butterflies in my stomach looking at this bag. It is perfetion it every single detail. I love Zac Zac Posen Bags and was so thrilled to add this one to my holiday collection (but really this is a year round bag to me!) The bow is so sweet and the star studs give it the perfect edge I love! What are your guy's traditions around the holidays? Are you strictly no tree before Thanksgiving?
On November 28th (tomorrow), all Free People US stores will be participating in an all-day shopping event where 25% of purchases will go directly towards Girls Inc. I am so proud to be participating on Instagram in letting you guys know about this because I 1) love Free People - always have always will and 2) after some research into Girls Inc. I am so hooked. I am not being paid to talk about either of these things on my blog but I loved this holiday outfit and decided it was a perfect platform to share it + the Girls Inc. messege.
Girls Inc. is all about inspiring girls to be the strong, smart and bold girls we are have inside us! They are an advocate for girls who aren't being heard and have a network across the US that mentors and helps girls through trained professionals. As a girl who hasn't always felt strong, smart or bold I love this mission. So yay go girls - I hope you guys go and shop tomorrow!

Ok it is my 20th Christmas but it is my first not living at home (I don't count last year dorm rooms aren't Christmas!). It is also Stella's first Christmas and it feels like my first Christmas as a mom (dog mom). I loveeeee the holidays and cozying up to some awful lifetime Christmas movies that get me everytime. This year my apartment turned out so cute thanks to my little tree and my roommates additions - me and Stella are loving it!
I also wanted to share with you my new jewelry from Crystal Joys in this post (do you remember my last one with them here?). I finally have gotten out of bed after two weeks of a major illness but I am back to about 50% and it feels nice to wear jeans instead of sweats (I never thought I would actually say that).
On top of all of that I also put together my first gift guide of the year for anyone in your life who may be moving, just moved, is a broke college student who loves home decor (me) or anyone who is looking to add an extra touch of cozy to their space this winter! Enjoy this guide and look out for more to come!
